Lead development of embedded flash memory technology including process integration, device optimization, failure analysis, yield improvement, silicon validation, and reliability qualification while managing cross-functional projects and foundry interactions.

Lead development of next-generation automotive reference architectures, proof-of-concept platforms, and customer solutions (SDV, zonal architectures, In-Vehicle Networking). Architect and build demonstrators, evaluation platforms, and reference designs; drive customer engagements from concept to production; author technical collateral; represent portfolio at industry events; collaborate with product units to influence roadmaps and establish strategic partnerships.
