Leads Mayo Clinic’s FP&A functions, directing staff, ensuring financial information integrity, improving margins, managing financial risks, and supporting strategic planning. Oversees financial models, cost accounting, profitability analysis, KPIs, process improvement, recruitment, performance management, and enterprise initiatives. Partners with physicians, administrators, and executive leaders to drive consensus, operational efficiency, and change. Requires advanced financial leadership, analytical, communication, and cost accounting expertise, preferably in high-volume laboratory testing.

Leads strategy, architecture, and operations for shared cloud infrastructure, platform APIs, control-plane capabilities, and customer integrations. Manages an engineering team, cloud costs, reliability, security, SLAs, technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, and customer onboarding. Oversees deployments, automation, vulnerability remediation, incident response, product integration, and execution of complex technical programs across internal and external stakeholders.

Leads complex information security engineering initiatives, serving as a technical authority for SSDLC, application security, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted or agentic development workflows. Designs representative environments, evaluates security tools and controls, researches emerging risks, and translates security requirements into scalable solutions. Collaborates with Information Security, IT, and development teams to guide adoption and address enterprise risk, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Designs and operates Google Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, Linux systems, Terraform modules, Crossplane control planes, and Go-based platform services. Builds CI/CD and GitOps workflows, automates provisioning, implements security and compliance controls, and improves observability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Owns services through production support, participates in incident response and on-call rotations, contributes to technical roadmaps, and mentors engineers.

Evaluates invention disclosures, supports patentability and prior-art research, assists with patent application drafting and correspondence review, evaluates third-party intellectual property requirements and patent threats, and educates staff on patent issues under counsel oversight.

Coordinates nursing orientation and professional development programs in collaboration with nursing education leadership. Facilitates education planning, scheduling, communication, documentation, and program evaluation while supporting accreditation requirements. Manages multiple projects with minimal direction, exercises independent judgment, maintains stakeholder relationships, and provides administrative coordination. May occasionally drive as part of assigned responsibilities.

Monitors, detects, analyzes, and responds to cybersecurity incidents, performing triage, containment, eradication, recovery, documentation, and reporting. Administers and supports enterprise security solutions, analyzes security posture, designs security controls, and collaborates with IT, compliance, and risk teams. Participates in post-incident reviews, improves response processes, and supports security awareness initiatives.

Develop and maintain simulation and digital twin applications using NVIDIA Omniverse, real-time 3D, cloud computing, data, robotics, and AI/ML technologies. Build scalable, resilient software and reusable simulation capabilities, integrate 3D models with cloud services and automation systems, and participate in DevOps, Agile delivery, deployment automation, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Ensures integrity of financial and statistical data through preparation/review of general ledger entries, reports, reconciliations, and analyses. Develops financial reporting tools and variable-sensitive models, interprets accounting rules, provides advanced analytical and compliance support to leadership, mentors staff, and leads cross-functional projects to improve financial margins and reduce risk.

Provides executive-level administrative and coordination support to Mayo Clinic Education leadership. Responsibilities include calendar management, special projects, information prioritization, confidential information handling, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring executive responsiveness. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, strong organization, communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools.
