Lead backlog prioritization and agile delivery for legacy enterprise systems, partnering with stakeholders, architects, and operations to ensure stability, compliance, and incremental modernization. Own requirements, UAT support, KPIs, and alignment to IT roadmaps and budgets while driving process and technology improvements across US and Bermuda.

Serve as the main contact for agents and brokers, assist with account servicing, ensure accurate documentation, communicate with team members, and support underwriting tasks. Engage in continuous improvement and maintain relationships across business units.

Provide HR administration across the employee lifecycle: maintain HRIS data, process starters/leavers/changes and payroll updates, support employee relations administration, produce routine reports, maintain confidential records, respond to routine queries, and help improve HR processes.
