Lead a small team building Power BI reports, dashboards, and automations to deliver real-time portfolio insights. Own Power BI architecture, data modeling, SQL optimization, stakeholder engagement, QA, process improvements, and collaboration with data engineering to enable scalable analytics for underwriting decisions.

The Marine Risk Engineer will enhance business by developing risk strategies, conducting reviews, collaborating on claims, and providing expert support in marine engineering.

Manage vehicle title coordination and loss mitigation for total loss claims. Verify and process titles, coordinate with lienholders, DMVs, adjusters, legal teams, and vendors, and support salvage and subrogation recovery. Handle customer and vendor inquiries, resolve title and lien issues, monitor claim workloads and outstanding balances, maintain compliance documentation, track data, prepare weekly reports, and approve claim payments within delegated authority.

Build and maintain client relationships, conduct consultative sales activities, develop solutions, meet territory quotas, track sales activities in Microsoft CRM, monitor competitors, and support regional business planning. The role requires outside sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to manage long sales cycles.
