The Human Resources Generalist at Legrand is responsible for various HR initiatives including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance management. The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting the HR team, and managing benefits and staffing operations effectively.

Actively pursue new accounts, generate new business, manage account relationships, achieve sales quota, and work cross-functionally to maximize account revenues. Represent Legrand at trade shows and client meetings. Support product management team and conduct product training. The Solutions Engineer works closely with commercial Integrators, Specifiers, and End Users to design Legrand | AV solutions into their projects. Responsibilities include system design, technical training, revenue growth, and serving as a technical resource for various teams.
