Provide member and internal support for a variety of operations tasks including account administration, ACH and Fed processing, research and resolution of exceptions, document imaging and retention, auditing, GL transaction balancing, BSA-related duties, and process improvement while meeting SLAs and supporting other departments.

Contact members via inbound/outbound calls to negotiate payment and recover delinquent or charged-off accounts. Document activity, follow collections policy and regulations (including BSA), refer bankruptcies, recommend repossession when needed, and support team goals and training.
