The Buyer Planner obtains materials, components, equipment, and services as required by the production schedule, facilities maintenance, and administrative functions. They determine material requirements from production schedules, maintain inventory levels, and monitor logistics in the supply chain. This role also involves negotiating contracts, assessing market conditions, and establishing supplier relationships. The person will be cross-trained in shipping as well.

To plan and meet growth objectives with the assigned OEM customers and target accounts. Develop understanding of customers, competitive landscape, and product offerings to achieve growth targets. Lead key cross-functional projects and sustain repeatable commercial processes. Expand relationships with existing customers and resolve issues effectively. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales required.

The Senior Quality Engineer will ensure product precision and consistency through problem-solving processes. Responsibilities include leading quality management components, improving manufacturing processes, performing inspections and data analysis, and fostering a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
