Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, and work cells for rotational equipment. Develop work instructions, SOPs, and preventive maintenance; monitor KPIs; apply Lean/Six Sigma methods; support NPI, automation, ISO procedures, safety initiatives, training, and cross-functional problem solving to improve quality and efficiency.
