Perform general ledger accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations, and Report-to-Record support. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, support project tracking and reporting, provide feedback and training to junior staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Serve as primary liaison between the Agency and Medicaid for post-takeover enhancement initiatives. Oversee design, development, implementation, certification, maintenance, and modifications. Coordinate scope, schedules, resources, DDI and certification activities, lead Enhancement Phase Project Managers, manage stakeholder communications, risks, and certification readiness while ensuring Agency and CMS compliance.

Provide L1/L2 application support: monitor service platforms, troubleshoot incidents, handle tickets, manage user access/terminations, document solutions, and participate in bridge calls and US/weekend shift rotations.
