Process, classify, image, and archive incoming electronic and hard-copy documents per client and contract requirements. Capture and verify data, transmit processed information to next workflow stage, and follow established procedures under close supervision.

Performs transactional and data-processing work following established procedures: captures, validates, and corrects data, researches issues, pre-adjudicates documents, returns forms for additional information, and follows up on pending items while working with moderate supervision.

Entry-level role that receives, sorts, images, classifies, and archives electronic and hard-copy documents. Captures and verifies data per client requirements, validates outputs from automated extraction tools, and transmits processed data to the next processing level. Follows standardized procedures and works under close supervision.

Performs accounting tasks within established procedures including preparing statutory accounts, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll disbursements, consolidation and intercompany eliminations, XBRL tagging and reporting, expense analysis, and process improvements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform routine accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliations, intercompany and sub-ledger reconciliation, AP liaison, process-improvement recommendations, project tracking/reporting support, training and feedback for junior staff, and ensuring integrity of the record-to-report process.

Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger and sub-ledger accounts, finalize intercompany reconciliations, liaise with AP and business partners, identify process gaps and recommend improvements, support project tracking and reporting, train and review junior staff, and ensure integrity of Report to Record processes.

Provide IT operations support including ticket queue management, application installations, troubleshooting local applications and database issues, onsite and remote assistance. Assist senior operations engineers with solution design and implementation, maintain documentation, participate in planning and backlog meetings, and follow company policies.

Own end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensure SLA and contractual compliance, manage P&L and financial performance, serve as executive client escalation, lead multi-site delivery teams, enforce governance and risk mitigation, drive continuous improvement, automation, and growth while developing leadership and succession plans.

Provide tiered support, design, deploy and troubleshoot Conduent's eDiscovery hosting platforms (Relativity, RelOne). Coordinate across teams and vendors, support large enterprise SLAs, and manage complex distributed systems including Citrix, VDI, Windows/Linux servers, SQL, AD, MFA and cloud components.

Manage and maintain release schedules, coordinate deployments and approvals with agency stakeholders, align processes to ITIL 4, oversee deployment/rollback plans, track release status and risks, and serve as primary liaison between development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth transitions to production.
