Manage full-spectrum accounting (AR, AP, GL), reconcile balance sheet, perform P&L analysis, lead month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial packages, ensure IFRS and local compliance, support budgeting/forecasting, liaise with auditors, tax and legal advisors, and interface with regional and global finance teams.

Lead and coordinate all configuration and data management activities for the C17 Training System. Maintain and control the complete program data package, oversee CDRL compilation/delivery, enforce change control and configuration policies, support audits and corrective actions, and provide controlled documentation to engineering, courseware, logistics, and Air Force stakeholders.

Lead and manage an IT helpdesk and support team for C-17 TS systems, ensuring network and database security, account management, backups, hardware/software procurement and deployment, troubleshooting, storage planning, vendor coordination, metrics reporting, and user training. Serve as escalation point, coordinate global deployments, and maintain IT processes and documentation.

Lead and manage TSSC engineering teams to design, implement, test, document and deploy software and hardware modifications for C-17 ATS simulators. Coordinate configuration management, testing/certification, technical documentation, vendor scopes, meetings (DCWG, TPWG), and provide technical direction, scheduling, and customer-facing briefings.
