Operate and maintain enterprise platforms (Atlassian, OpenText) on Windows and Linux. Perform patching, updates, error analysis, monitoring, performance optimization, database work (PostgreSQL, MSSQL), scripting/automation, and produce ITSM/ITIL-compliant documentation.
