Deploys and optimizes FactSet products for investment-industry clients through data integration, module configuration, custom reports, workflow specifications, training, and implementation support. Gather requirements, configure trading environments, accounts, permissions and integrations (trade routing, EOD), coordinate brokers and vendors, partner with Product/Engineering for enhancements, produce documentation and runbooks, deliver onsite/virtual training, and provide post-implementation support while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Drives sales, retention, and expansion of FactSet’s buy-side front-office products across Australia and New Zealand. Builds client relationships, partners with sales and implementation teams, manages a regional book of business, tracks opportunities in CRM, and develops expertise in research, analytics, quantitative, and portfolio-construction workflows. Positions competitive product differentiation, supports enterprise solution selling, and communicates regional client feedback to product teams.

Support and contribute to Data Solutions product management: handle product requests, assist in product design, analyze recurring issues and metrics, create support documentation, and share best practices while collaborating with content, product, sales, and engineering teams.

Lead Americas trading solutions sales as a player/coach: manage your own pipeline, grow and mentor a sales team, hit revenue targets (new business, renewals, upsell), build deep client relationships across buy- and sell-side, align with product and marketing, represent FactSet at industry events, and provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap and strategy.

Sell FactSet's LiquidityBook trading solutions to buy-side clients. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, POCs, negotiations, and deal close. Build executive relationships, advise on workflows and implementation, collaborate with product and internal teams, mentor colleagues, develop territory, and represent FactSet at industry events.
