Field-based territory manager for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) accounts. Manage distributor and end-user relationships, execute go-to-market plans, hit sales targets, analyze SalesForce and Power BI data, run trainings and demos, manage budgets and schedules, and travel frequently within the Michigan territory.

Perform failure analysis, warranty modeling, safety reviews, circuit design reviews, test planning, FRACAS, compliance coordination (UL/TUV/CSA/KEMA), and respond to market complaints to ensure product reliability and safety.

Lead strategic design and delivery of technical learning programs for engineering domains. Manage a team and global partners, implement and optimize Docebo LMS, develop learning plans (electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, systems engineering, PM), track KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to close skill gaps and measure training impact.
