Manage and grow international key accounts across the CEE region by building client relationships, driving sales, negotiating contracts, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing market trends, and executing modern trade and ecommerce strategies.

Lead plant finance activities including month-end close, forecasting, variance and costing analysis, MAPICS general ledger maintenance, SG&A/headcount tracking, inventory programs, tax return completion, and process improvements. Manage one direct report and provide reporting/query support for sites and projects.

Lead a 10-person regional sales team for distributors and end-users across Nouvelle-Aquitaine/Occitanie. Drive business development, customer retention, field support, market and competitor monitoring, strategic planning, and regional reporting to the Commercial Director. Ensure team engagement, performance and implementation of region-specific actions.

Manage the full Amazon sales cycle for assigned markets: list products, build activation plans, optimize conversion, traffic and ASP using Amazon native tools, coordinate with agencies and Amazon KAMs, defend brand via Brand Registry, and report weekly on POS performance.

Develop and execute 3-year strategic and account-specific channel plans, manage pricing and promotions, coordinate product launches and creative assets, track financial performance, support sales with presentations and training, and communicate cross-functionally to drive sales and profitable growth.
