Leads deployments from physical cabling and architecture through Cisco configuration, SD-WAN, wireless, connectivity, documentation, and ongoing support. Reviews customer specifications, one-lines, layouts, BOMs, component selections, protection schemes, and compliance requirements. Coordinates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and project teams; contributes to technical proposals, estimates, risk reviews, customer meetings, standardization, continuous improvement, and project handoffs. Provides technical mentorship and supports design documentation, KPIs, and quotation execution.

Coordinates engineering projects from kickoff through design, customer approval, and manufacturing release. Maintains project trackers, schedules, documentation, revisions, technical submittals, drawings, BOMs, and ERP releases. Facilitates cross-functional communication among engineering, BIM, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management teams; tracks dependencies, approvals, risks, and bottlenecks; prepares status reports; and supports continuous improvement, audits, and project retrospectives.
