Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner for enterprise MDM initiatives (GoldenSource) supporting requirements gathering, backlog management, BRDs/user stories, SIT/UAT, data transformation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination across Product, Technology, and Operations in financial services.

Provide first-line support for advisory teams by managing client transfers and rollovers into TIAA. Respond to client and carrier inquiries, maintain interaction records, escalate complex issues to senior specialists, and deliver excellent customer service while leveraging product and regulatory knowledge to ensure a seamless rollover experience.

Perform financial risk analysis, model development and validation for market risk. Collaborate with teams to build risk analytics systems.

The role focuses on developing analytical data science products, implementing algorithms for insights, and expertise in deep learning frameworks.

Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to service and grow high-net-worth client relationships. Manage a book of clients, support implementation of financial plans, coordinate asset consolidation, and secure referrals. Obtain required FINRA registrations and insurance licenses within 120 days and clearly communicate investment and planning recommendations to advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Support product marketing for retirement and investment products: develop positioning and messaging, execute go-to-market plans and campaigns, create multimedia content, coordinate launches, perform market research and P&L analysis, define KPIs and journey maps, and partner with Product, Distribution, Legal/Compliance, and Sales Enablement to drive acquisition and retention.

Lead integrated client teams to grow and retain institutional retirement plan relationships, identify sales opportunities, position lifetime income solutions, develop multi-year strategic plans using analytics and market knowledge, and deepen executive and consultant relationships to drive plan and participant outcomes.

Lead and deliver enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery. Develop roadmaps, align stakeholders including C-level, implement enterprise Agile/SAFe practices, define KPIs/OKRs, manage risks, drive executive reporting and analytics, and mentor program/project managers to improve delivery, quality, and business impact.
