Supports institutional and high-net-worth clients throughout the account lifecycle. Responsibilities include client communications, onboarding documentation, quarterly report generation, quality control, due diligence questionnaires, database maintenance, business metrics compilation, and resolution of complex client inquiries. Use tax and investment knowledge to inform advice, collaborate internally, and meet licensing and travel requirements.

Performs data analysis, statistical modeling, reporting, and dashboard development to support business decisions in financial services and wealth management. Uses SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Git to analyze large datasets, assess data quality, support governance, identify trends, and translate stakeholder questions into analytical deliverables. Collaborates with US-based business users and supports ad hoc analysis and reporting initiatives.

Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, manage a book of clients, support implementation of financial plans and asset consolidation, obtain required FINRA registrations and insurance licenses, and drive business development through referrals and advisor support.

Handle inbound customer inquiries about rollovers and transfers into TIAA, resolve routine account and billing issues using scripts and guidance, document feedback, refer complex issues to senior staff, and coordinate with clients and alternate carriers to ensure seamless rollover experiences.

Manage and deepen relationships with a book of high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored financial and retirement strategies, act as fiduciary, grow practice through cross-selling, and collaborate with specialists to provide comprehensive wealth management.
