The HR Business Partner provides consultative HR support, implements programs enhancing employee experience, and leads various HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Handle inbound and outbound outreach to clients at risk of transferring funds, resolve questions, educate on investment options, refer to advisory solutions, facilitate transfers, and promote the organizations products while collaborating with the National Contact Center and internal partners.

Balance new feature delivery, BAU health, multi-horizon planning, stakeholder updates, issue resolution, governance, and cross-functional partnership to ensure consistent, measurable digital experiences across the enterprise.

Support leveraged loan and CLO operations including trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, funding and documentation. Liaise with trustees, administrators, legal, tax, compliance and traders; resolve discrepancies, ensure regulatory compliance, work with IT/vendors, and coach peers.

Maintain and support Azure-based infrastructure: install, configure, and upgrade servers and networking; manage Azure security, VMs, Remote Desktop, and Windows VDI; automate tasks with scripting; perform patch management and troubleshooting; create and review technical documentation; and mentor junior staff.

Review, analyze, and assign production credit for financial advisors and wealth teams per firm policies. Research and resolve attribution discrepancies, partner with Compliance, Compensation, and Wealth Support, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, document cases, escalate systemic issues, and support quality reviews and process improvements in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
