Build integrated campaigns activating sponsorships, oversee creative quality, manage ~20 senior-to-mid-level associates, partner with executives and compliance, and align brand investment to business outcomes across audiences (Plan Sponsors, Consultants, Participants, Wealth Eligible).

Manage a defined territory to drive Nuveen product sales to financial advisors across wire, independent and RIA channels. Build consultative relationships, use data analytics to target opportunities, manage pipeline, cross-sell, convert prospects, attend industry events, and collaborate with regional teams and specialists to grow assets and revenue.

The Senior Account Manager drives product conversations and placements for investments, while managing client relationships and seeking co-product opportunities.

Manage operational risk and controls across business units and asset classes: identify risks, conduct root-cause analyses, monitor control health and KRIs, track remediation in the risk management system, support control design and onboarding readiness, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and automation.

Obtain required licenses and collaborate across teams to implement TIAA products and services.

Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across retirement, insurance, wealth, and asset management. Lead end-to-end consulting workstreams, conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Synthesize analyses into executive-ready materials, manage stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
