Lead a multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization (~24 people) to drive hardware architecture, product strategy, customer-specific solutions, operational excellence, labs governance, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

Lead one or more engineering teams owning delivery, quality, and team health for ELERA product areas. Manage hiring, performance, career development, and production support; drive Agile execution, CI/CD, and technical decisions while remaining hands-on in design and debugging.
