Lead hands-on delivery of retail platform solutions: design, prototype, implement, and operate cloud-native microservices. Lead Americas financial reporting and consolidation for ~35 entities, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance, month-end close, audits, statutory reporting, controls, and process automation. Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, partner with global finance, drive standardization and AI-enabled improvements, and support executive decision-making and shareholder reporting.
