The Business Development Representative identifies new opportunities, generates sales leads, makes cold calls, and collaborates with the marketing team to drive sales growth.

Manage end-to-end intralogistics storage and automation projects: schedule, coordinate vendors/customers, approve engineering/permits, track costs and change orders, oversee installation/commissioning, perform site visits, and ensure project closeout and customer acceptance while maintaining margins.

Process and close work orders daily, ensure accurate customer billing and purchase order entry, resolve pending and aging work orders, close scheduled maintenance prior to month end, and work with accounting on credits and invoice disputes. Role requires occasional off-hours, mandatory overtime or Saturday shifts, and passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

The Processor/Service Administrator is responsible for billing completed work, ensuring accuracy in work orders, and resolving pending issues. They will work closely with the accounting department and handle customer-specific billing notes.

Lead engineering for complex material handling system proposals and projects from award through installation and aftercare. Define workflows, schedules, acceptance tests, procurements, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and controls/WMS/WCS integration. Troubleshoot issues, mitigate scope/schedule/cost risks, and ensure code and site compliance.

The Project Engineer will design installation drawings using AutoCAD, assist with construction permits, and collaborate with sales and project management teams.

Manage end-to-end storage and automation projects including scheduling, vendor/customer communication, permitting, material and PO coordination, site visits, installation oversight, commissioning, change order and cost management, and final invoicing while protecting project margins and ensuring safety and customer acceptance.

Perform month-end accounting, reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts, prepare and verify journal entries and bank analysis reports, support special accounting projects, and interface with customers, vendors, and internal departments under minimal supervision.

Provide technical application support for warehouse automation systems including software/controls design, installation, testing, training, field support, WMS/WCS integration, and project coordination for AS/RS, AGV, PIT, and related materials handling equipment.

The Account Manager manages customer relationships, drives sales, maintains customer profiles, and works collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
