Leads, motivates, coaches, and develops 14–20 Loan Originators while driving sales performance, regulatory compliance, customer experience, staffing, recruiting, and process improvements. Partners with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to meet operational metrics and close loans efficiently. Manages performance, compensation actions, training, and employee development while ensuring adherence to mortgage products, guidelines, and applicable lending regulations.

Processes invoices, check requests, tax bills, deposits, sales contracts, and closing documents. Maintains vendor insurance compliance, utility accounts, records retention, reports, files, supplies, mail, and administrative workflows. Guides architecture reviews, proofs of concept, technology evaluations, and security and observability practices. Partners with cross-functional teams and vendors, documents decisions and tradeoffs, and mentors architects and engineers while supporting strategic initiatives.

Sell and close new home purchases, generate and manage leads, present homes and community amenities, explain financing and ownership details, prepare sales paperwork, coordinate appointments and closings, monitor construction progress, manage customer communications and backlog, conduct competitive research, and maintain accurate customer-facing materials and model centers.

Manages Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and SQL Server data platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include platform support, monitoring, performance tuning, CI/CD and orchestration management, database backup and disaster recovery, deployments, automation, security controls, governance, data lineage, compliance, incident response, and root cause analysis. The role participates in on-call support, platform upgrades, auditing, documentation, and testing of new Azure and Fabric capabilities.

Completes at least three months of sales training to become a Sales Associate or Consultant.
