Serve as benefits SME, handle escalations, ensure compliance, manage communications, oversee retirement plan reporting and audits, reconcile vendor invoices, support HRIS/Workday integrations, and drive process improvements and controls.

Implement best practices, collaborate cross-functionally on escalations, report on team and customer metrics, and participate in executive-level technical discussions for strategic accounts.
