Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in South Africa, drive new logo and expansion SaaS sales of the Proofpoint security and information protection platform, build executive relationships, work with systems engineers and channel partners, deliver pipeline and forecast accuracy, and execute value-based selling for complex, high-value opportunities.

Implement best practices, collaborate cross-functionally on escalations, report on team and customer metrics, and participate in executive-level technical discussions for strategic accounts.

Provide technical sales support across the Proofpoint portfolio: deliver demos and presentations, lead proofs of concept, assist with proposals/RFPs, design complex architectures, and provide technical leadership to sales teams, partners, and customers.

The Senior Revenue Accountant II will manage revenue accounting processes, ensure compliance with ASC 606, support audits, and improve accounting policies and systems.

Manage and implement customers' annual security training and assessment programs. Plan deployments, create and launch training and assessment campaigns, resolve low-level technical issues, maintain CRM status updates, and follow escalation processes for software concerns. Provide communication strategies and status reporting.

Manage existing clients and drive new sales for State, Local, & EDU accounts. Build relationships and exceed sales quotas while providing forecasts and ensuring CRM maintenance.

Provide enterprise-level technical support for Proofpoint Enterprise Email Archiving: troubleshoot email/Exchange/SMTP, Windows/AD/IIS issues, manage tickets and escalations, liaise with engineering, and support customers via phone and remote sessions.
