Manage up to 20 enterprise named accounts, sell the full Proofpoint platform, develop account plans, upsell and cross-sell, work with channel partners, deliver renewals and Customer Business Reviews, maintain accurate forecasts and SFDC hygiene, and drive executive-level selling and prospecting activity.

Analyze complex problems, build governance, dashboards, and workflows, and drive cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Manage operating cadences, executive engagement for at-risk customers, and accountability for recovery plans while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for UK & Ireland, collaborating with enterprise sales to design and champion people-centric security solutions across email, threat protection, DLP, and cloud. Lead customer technical discussions, provide product feedback to engineering and product teams, maintain compliance with ISO/NIST/MITRE, represent Proofpoint at events, and support opportunities between account manager visits.

Serve as a Staff-level Level 3 escalation and incident commander for APTs, ransomware, insider and cloud compromises. Lead threat hunting across endpoint, network, identity, and cloud; operationalize threat intelligence into SIEM/EDR/SOAR detections; automate triage and response workflows; run post-incident reviews; mentor team members; and participate in a 24/7 on-call incident response rotation.

Senior Level 3 SOC engineer owning high-severity incident investigations and escalations. Lead threat hunting, detection engineering, automation (SOAR/SIEM), cloud and forensic investigations, and mentor SOC staff. Participate in on-call rotation and drive cross-functional remediation, threat modeling, and AI-enabled security capabilities (Agentic SOC, AI DLP).

Lead partner-facing technical strategy across EMEA: build partner GTM and practice models, enable partner certifications and POC/demo capabilities, drive partner-sourced pipeline and adoption for AI/data security and DLP, and hire/coach channel SEs to scale partner delivery and retention.

Act as a technical and strategic adviser to assigned customers to maximize value from Proofpoint products and services. Own customer relationships, develop 12-month program roadmaps, lead recurring meetings, track deliverables and risks, coordinate complex production changes, manage escalations, monitor cases and SLAs, and help customers mature security posture and demonstrate measurable program value.

Generate qualified inbound and outbound sales leads across Eastern Europe. Research accounts, gather competitive and intent intelligence, run email and cold-calling campaigns, track activity in Salesforce, coordinate demos with sales, and work with marketing and account teams to execute account-based strategies.
