As a Claims Specialist II, you will manage and resolve insurance claims, provide customer service, and support management liability lines. Responsibilities include investigating claims, evaluating coverage, setting claim strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Underwrite complex Commercial E&S/Specialty accounts, manage portfolio profitability, implement rate and product strategies, analyze data/trends, collaborate with agents, product and technology partners, place reinsurance per guidelines, support product development, and mentor underwriting staff.

Lead the Annuity Data Platform product team to define strategy, deliver first-launch data capabilities, and operationalize scalable, secure data pipelines. Drive roadmap, cross-team delivery, DevSecOps and SRE practices, data governance, and AI enablement while managing vendors, workforce planning, costs, and stakeholder partnerships to support annuity modernization outcomes.

Serve as Product Owner for Pet Data & Analytics: define vision, roadmap, and backlog; translate business needs into epics/features/user stories; prioritize based on value; collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders; ensure data quality, governance, and successful analytics delivery across agile teams.

Lead resolution of high-risk, aged balance sheet reconciliation exceptions through analytics, GL research, partner communication, QA testing, and Power BI reporting. Prepare complex financial statements, regulatory filings, and provide recommendations to improve controls and reporting. Serve as a lead for accounting projects and present status to controllers.

Perform daily reconciliation and resolution of cases and suspense accounts, prepare and analyze financial reports, ensure reporting accuracy, research processing problems, and train/cross-train team members. Provide technical support to other departments and report to a manager/director.
