Leads EMEA allocation and inventory operations across full-price stores, factory outlets, and digital channels. Manages allocation, pricing, promotions, replenishment, stock movements, localized assortments, store openings, launch deliveries, and seasonal transitions. Oversees teams of 10 or more, collaborates with Buying, Planning, Logistics, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and global teams, and improves supply-chain efficiency, allocation processes, KPIs, and APTOS technology usage.

Lead PR and communications across Germany, Austria and Benelux: develop integrated strategies, media relations, influencer/talent partnerships, agency management, cross-functional campaign execution, performance tracking, and trend-driven storytelling to grow brand visibility and affinity.

Design, build, and support global EDI, API and MFT integrations. Develop custom connectors and middleware, ensure security and scalability, monitor performance, collaborate with stakeholders and third parties, and optimize existing integrations.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for France Wholesale, analyze variances vs. budget/forecast, produce P&L/BS/Cash Flow, coordinate forecasts and budgets, support audits and statutory year-end, provide ad hoc management reporting, track departmental costs, and act as deputy to the Finance Manager.

Owns regional last-mile execution, stabilization, and adoption of global enterprise products and ISV solutions.
