Provide investment and relationship management support to senior advisors, manage and grow an assigned book of business, perform investment research and portfolio analysis, assist in prospecting and sales process execution, deliver client reporting, and support business development and service model execution.

Define product vision and multi-year roadmaps, translate fraud risk into epics/user stories, prioritize backlogs, partner with cross-functional teams (Fraud, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Technology), validate deliveries, maintain KPIs, and drive modernization of detection tools, rule strategies, ML models, and prevention experiences to reduce loss and improve operational efficiency.

The AVP, Data Reporting Manager leads enterprise Business Intelligence strategies, oversees Tableau Cloud, and collaborates with teams to provide AI-driven analytics and governed data solutions.
