Manage customer implementation projects involving product and platform integrations. Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical guidance, training, escalation management, and customer advocacy. Act as a product subject matter expert, advocate for customer needs, resolve implementation issues, and provide feedback to improve products and implementation processes. Occasional after-hours or weekend on-call work may be required.

Work on the Core team building and maintaining APIs and services for baskets, orders, checkout, promotions, and capacity. Implement small-to-medium features, write tests, participate in code reviews and on-call rotations, collaborate with stakeholders, and use version control and AI coding tools to improve reliability and scalability.

Build and maintain BrandX software, including dashboard features, billing systems, authentication, and AI Assist capabilities. Own small-to-medium features, write and review code, create tests, support CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, participate in team ceremonies, and join the on-call rotation. Collaborate with distributed teams while using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

Leads an engineering team responsible for delivering and scaling Olo’s restaurant technology platform. Manages engineering projects, technical debt, product roadmaps, system quality, performance, and major technical escalations. The role includes hiring, mentoring, performance management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring reliable, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Develop and evolve the Olo Android app, owning complex features from design through production. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, improving technical debt and performance, designing scalable systems, maintaining production services, optimizing CI/CD and testing automation, collaborating with Product, and participating in on-call support. The role also contributes to roadmap planning, architecture, shared components, development tooling, and continuous team improvement.

Develop and maintain the Olo iOS app, delivering complex features, improving architecture, addressing technical debt, and optimizing performance and reliability. Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, contribute to roadmap and technical decisions, improve CI/CD and testing automation, maintain production services, participate in architecture design, and support on-call operations. Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable mobile software.
