Provide first-level customer support and operational oversight for low-latency Cboe exchange trading platforms. Monitor production and DR systems, troubleshoot trading and API issues, perform data analysis with SQL and UNIX, run audits and certification testing, onboard clients, draft technical documentation, and liaise with customers, engineers, and vendors. Participate in on-call rotations and industry testing.

Design, build, and maintain highly available, performant data systems that record and process billions of market events daily. Drive architecture, support APIs and analytics, automate monitoring/alerting, generate reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for FX and UST trading data.

Provide real-time production support for Cboe trading platforms: monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, communicate live updates to customers and stakeholders, perform data analysis using SQL/UNIX and proprietary tools, onboard clients, test platform changes, and participate in on-call and testing rotations.
