Lead design, build, and scaling of ICW Specialty's delegated authority and program business (MGAs/MGUs/Program Administrators). Own partner sourcing, contracts, underwriting governance, compliance, P&L, performance monitoring, reinsurance coordination, and team development while partnering with underwriting, actuarial, claims, legal, compliance, and finance.
