Owns end-to-end success for a portfolio of SaaS clients by driving adoption, value realization, retention, and growth. Supports competitive strategy, procurement, contract discussions, executive ROI sessions, services estimation, profitability modeling, and deal health reviews. Ensures risks, assumptions, and scope transfer effectively to Professional Services after contract signature.

Develop and manage a Mid-Atlantic sales territory for Integrated Risk Management SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include building prospect pipelines, conducting consultative sales conversations, preparing quotes and statements of work, analyzing competitors, networking within the risk and insurance community, maintaining client relationships, and achieving annual sales quotas.

Leads product marketing for EHS risk solutions, translating product capabilities into positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, launch plans, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement resources. Conducts market, buyer, competitive, and win/loss research; identifies target segments and vertical opportunities; and partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services to drive demand, bookings, adoption, and revenue growth across manufacturing, transportation, construction, and other regulated industries.

Owns end-to-end strategy and execution for trade shows, experiential marketing, and client events. Manages event portfolios, budgets, vendor relationships, booth experiences, registration, lead capture, sales coordination, and onsite logistics. Develops event strategies aligned with revenue goals, analyzes post-event ROI, and recommends cost and performance improvements. Partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and other stakeholders to create branded experiences that generate leads, accelerate deals, and strengthen client relationships.

Manages and coaches a team of enterprise SaaS sales representatives, ensuring quota attainment, prospecting, pipeline development, CRM adoption, and consistent sales-process execution. Develops territory and pipeline strategies, provides market and competitive guidance, collaborates with Sales Operations and Marketing, supports hiring, and drives strategic sales initiatives. The role requires strong consultative selling expertise, data-driven coaching, and up to 25% travel.

Leads and develops a team of Product Managers and Analysts responsible for Claims products. Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; uses customer insights, competitive research, data, experimentation, and AI to guide prioritization and delivery. Oversees SDLC alignment, product KPIs, cross-functional rollouts, stakeholder communication, and team performance. Requires strong product leadership, analytical and communication skills, software development lifecycle knowledge, and preferably Risk Management or P&C Insurance experience.

Manages end-to-end RFx response processes, including requirement analysis, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, proposal writing, editing, formatting, and final submission. Produces persuasive, compliant materials for requests for information, proposals, quotes, and questionnaires. Maintains reusable messaging and develops expertise in company offerings, revenue operations, product strategy, and value propositions while supporting proposal quality improvements.

Maintains and optimizes clustered Microsoft SQL Server environments, including monitoring, performance tuning, backups, recovery, stored procedures, and database administration. Resolves user tickets, documents installation and configuration procedures, supports automation initiatives, and collaborates with data architects and developers. The role also requires PowerShell or Python experience, basic Windows administration, and familiarity with cloud or virtual environments as a plus.
