Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and workforce data solutions. Develop and implement governance strategy, run governance councils, define data quality rules and metadata, oversee data catalogs and profiling, ensure fitness-for-purpose, drive adoption and training, and consult with business and analytics stakeholders to improve and maintain data quality across domains.

Lead accounting and reporting team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, manage close activities, controls, reconciliations, audits, and stakeholder reporting. Design and improve accounting policies/processes, oversee journal entries, vendor and budget management, and manage offshore vendor and external examiners.

Support actuarial teams with rating, pricing, valuation, and forecasting for health programs. Perform data retrieval/validation, experience studies, statistical analyses, ALR/UCL calculations, rate filings, and reporting. Collaborate with underwriting, network, finance, and other stakeholders and participate in the Actuarial Development Program.
