Lead underwriting for motor and non-motor products: set and update guidelines, pricing, workflows and SOPs; collaborate with data science/insurtech to automate processes; manage underwriting, issuance and endorsement teams; ensure regulatory compliance; produce performance reports and optimize TAT/SLA with sales channels and partners.

Full-time on-site internship for three months at the head office.

Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets; automate data preparation; maintain a data catalog and governance. Build dashboards/reports (Tableau/Metabase/Excel), analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and produce concise reports for stakeholders while responding to ad hoc requests.

Support the underwriting team by organizing and filing documents, entering data into systems, checking application completeness, tracking outstanding requirements, preparing reports or summaries, and coordinating internal communications.

Coordinate and manage software release deployments, ensuring delivery from internal and external parties, alignment with IT Operations, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate testing with support teams and users, prepare release notes, and manage schedules for normal and critical releases.
