Lead eBay’s US Community, Social, and Influencer function, developing community-led growth strategies and scaling creator ecosystems that drive awareness, engagement, participation, loyalty, and commercial outcomes. Build programs for collectors, buyers, sellers, and enthusiasts, partner cross-functionally to grow eBay Live, establish performance measurement frameworks, and hire and mentor a high-performing team. Monitor creator economy, social commerce, and live commerce trends to identify opportunities.

Supports accounting and financial planning for assigned entities and cost centers. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, Italian electronic invoicing compliance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and finance process improvements. The role collaborates with international teams and requires knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations, VAT rules, Italian and English proficiency, and strong Excel skills.
