Serve as a client-facing GRC advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Diligent's GRC SaaS platform. Assess client requirements, recommend configurations and best practices, collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales, monitor industry/regulatory trends, identify at-risk clients, and increase platform usage across key accounts.

Build and operate secure, scalable event-driven backend services in TypeScript on AWS. Own services end-to-end, design REST APIs, implement tests, maintain infrastructure as code (CDK), participate in on-call rotations, and use AI tools to accelerate development.

Manage and facilitate contract signature workflows using DocuSign, review and compare final documents, support legal and Deal Desk teams with amendments, draft novation agreements, organize legal files, and maintain secure storage of signed agreements. Provide administrative support to ensure accurate, timely contract execution and compliance with company policies.

Lead and coach a global Professional Services team to ensure high utilization and quality delivery across the customer journey. Manage resource planning, escalations, recruitment, training, process improvements, and KPI attainment (Utilization, SLAs, CSAT, timesheets). Drive internal initiatives and continuous improvement to boost product adoption.
