Leads a Professional Services team by allocating resources, managing utilization and delivery quality, coaching and developing employees, supporting recruitment and retention, and overseeing customer enablement. Drives process improvements, training, cross-regional collaboration, escalations, and internal initiatives while ensuring targets for utilization, SLAs, CSAT, quality, and timesheet compliance are met. Uses consultative solution selling and domain expertise to understand customer needs, maintain pipeline forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide coaching to sales stakeholders.

Lead SaaS GRC implementation and adoption projects, driving operational excellence and consistent delivery. Manage project plans, financials, RAID logs, team resourcing, change management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure methodology adherence, document requirements, identify expansion opportunities, use AI tools to accelerate deliverables, and mentor specialists to achieve scalable, high-quality outcomes.

This role involves building end-to-end prototypes, working with customers to identify needs, and representing the company in executive meetings. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to shape product direction based on customer insights and provide technical guidance on integrations and cloud deployments.

Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for key accounts by advising on configuration, customization, and optimization of the GRC platform. Assess client GRC needs, recommend tailored solutions, support roadmap and governance implementations, identify at-risk clients, increase usage, and partner with Product, Support, and Sales to improve the platform. Monitor industry and regulatory trends and share subject-matter insights.

This role involves overseeing the product vision for IT & Cyber Risk, driving AI integration, collaborating on product delivery, and engaging with stakeholders to align product strategy with corporate goals.

Serve as a client-facing GRC advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Diligent's GRC SaaS platform. Assess client requirements, recommend configurations and best practices, collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales, monitor industry/regulatory trends, identify at-risk clients, and increase platform usage across key accounts.
