The Technical Director of Data Engineering is responsible for designing and building scalable data platforms, leading development of ingestion and processing systems, optimizing performance, and collaborating across teams to implement effective AI and data solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build complex backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, contribute to design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and enhance service reliability and engineering quality.

Lead product strategy to consolidate six products into one AI-powered Ethics & Compliance offering. Own roadmap, discovery, requirements, and backlogs; partner with engineering, UX, and product marketing; measure usage and revenue; hire and develop product managers; deliver integrated, commercially successful B2B SaaS products.

Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of reseller, referral, and advisory partners to drive partner-generated revenue, cross-sell/upsell, and pipeline. Ensure partners remain enabled, certified, and implementation-ready; coordinate enablement, compliance, and certification tracking. Serve as primary partner contact and escalation point, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product and Partner Programs, and maintain accurate CRM/PRM records and partner performance metrics.

Own strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2, PKCE, MFA, token lifecycle, federation). Make system-design and security trade-offs with engineers, drive internal adoption of modern identity APIs, prototype with AI coding tools, track IAM standards, and translate complex protocols into specs and prioritized backlogs.

Deliver engaging product training (virtual, webinar, group, and in-person), create learning content and training videos, log training activities, handle client training queries, and occasionally travel for workshops or internal meetings to drive product adoption and CSAT.

Lead product vision and roadmap for B2B SaaS offerings. Conduct customer and market research, prioritize backlog, define success metrics, coordinate cross-functional launches, and drive adoption through stakeholder engagement.

Drive revenue growth and product adoption through strategic account planning, prospecting, and solutions selling. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, build senior relationships, forecast accurately, coordinate internal stakeholders, and surface customer feedback to product teams to generate upsells and new business.

Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable, secure AI and LLM-based platform services on AWS. Develop reusable libraries, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Collaborate with applied scientists and product teams to productionize AI capabilities, ensure security and privacy, and drive platform-wide best practices for reliability, cost efficiency, and governance.

The Solutions Sales Specialist I will drive revenue growth by prospecting, managing sales cycles, collaborating with teams, and using CRM effectively to close deals.
