The role requires 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience and strong fluency in compliance-driven markets.

Partners with senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, talent and performance cycles, compensation reviews, and leadership development. Coaches executives, holds them accountable for growth and behavior, uses workforce and engagement analytics to guide decisions, and leads complex employee relations investigations. The role also supports AI-enabled HR operations and coordinates cyclical HR activities across the business unit.

Manages end-to-end customer lifecycle activities for enterprise SaaS clients, driving satisfaction, product adoption, net retention, NPS, referrals, and expansion opportunities. Builds relationships with board directors and C-level executives, resolves customer issues, coordinates technical and internal teams, manages multiple accounts, provides product feedback, and supports customer success leadership through coaching and mentoring.

Lead the Identity and Access Management roadmap from strategy through adoption.
