Operate, monitor, and support enterprise, datacenter, and cloud networks; respond to incidents; maintain runbooks; build automation with Ansible and IaC; support monitoring (LogicMonitor, Grafana); perform network administration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination; participate in global on-call rotation.

Execute and maintain SOX IT compliance testing: schedule and run walkthroughs, document processes, prepare SOX test workpapers, evaluate evidence, update RCMs/narratives, and escalate control or system changes. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Accounting under manager oversight.
