Supports commercial insurance sales growth through broker relationship management, pipeline development, quoting, RFP responses, plan presentations, CRM recordkeeping, forecasting, and proposal delivery. Partners with Account Executives to support group implementations, broker education, finalist meetings, sales campaigns, and regional events. The role is remote within Wisconsin and requires approximately 20–40% travel focused on Southern Wisconsin.

Lead and govern enterprise Agile delivery and roadmap execution for a Health Plan. Oversee portfolio management, capacity and demand analysis, PI planning and program-level ceremonies, prioritization governance, and compliance. Coach Scrum Masters/Product Owners, maintain program metrics and dashboards, resolve escalated impediments and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement and organizational readiness for predictable, high-quality delivery.

Leads the cyber threat management function, including incident response, threat detection, prevention, application security, vulnerability management, security automation, and analytics. Manages SOC personnel, establishes operational priorities, oversees response and recovery capabilities, coordinates remediation, and briefs cybersecurity leadership. The role partners across architecture, risk, technology, and business continuity teams to reduce enterprise cyber risk and mature detection and response practices.
