Manage site operations for final-mile logistics, including staffing and contractor management, customer relationships, budgeting/P&L, safety, KPI monitoring, vendor negotiations, and compliance.

Partner with business leaders and SMEs to elicit and document requirements, analyze processes and systems, create workflows and reports, recommend improvements, support testing and implementations, and maintain dashboards and metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

Sell local office moving services by researching the local market, generating and pursuing qualified leads, presenting in-person proposals, managing RFP/RFI and pricing, using proprietary estimator software and CRM, and meeting sales and activity targets through regular client meetings and reporting.

Sell relocation, moving, and logistics services within a defined local territory by prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, upselling existing accounts, aligning with operations to maximize capacity, tracking KPIs, and using HubSpot CRM to manage opportunities and reporting.

Manage client relationships for assigned final-mile accounts as primary contact; coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery, monitor performance, resolve issues, run business reviews, support process improvements, and maintain account documentation and reporting.

Support the Operations Manager in running a local logistics operation: recruit and develop staff and contractors, enforce policies, manage vendor negotiations, assist budgeting and P&L review, monitor KPIs and quality scores, conduct training, maintain contractor records and licensing, ensure compliance and safety, and drive process improvements.

Manage driver fleet quality and final-mile service: perform site visits for claims and meet trucks, negotiate settlements, organize repairs, train and onboard independent contractors, monitor deliveries and performance, assist with escalations and customer relations.
