Provide administrative support to branch operations: answer calls, communicate delivery updates with van operators, update Movers Suite and related systems, generate reports, and perform data entry and other assigned tasks to support move and logistics operations.

Conduct virtual and on-site visual surveys, prepare accurate estimates, deliver professional sales presentations, use HubSpot CRM, coordinate with operations for customer satisfaction, and produce sales activity reports while providing excellent customer service.

Sell local office moving services by researching the local market, generating and pursuing qualified leads, presenting in-person proposals, managing RFP/RFI and pricing, using proprietary estimator software and CRM, and meeting sales and activity targets through regular client meetings and reporting.
