Troubleshoot elevator control products deployed in the field, manage escalations, prepare accurate quotes, and engineer and draft product modifications. The role analyzes electrical circuits and programmable software functions, interprets technical specifications, creates wiring diagrams using AutoCAD, prioritizes multiple issues, and communicates effectively with customers while following engineering standards.

Designs and develops mechanical and electromechanical motor products and systems. Responsibilities include finite element, structural, thermal, and vibration analysis; customer requirements analysis; detailed manufacturing designs; GD&T and tolerance stack-ups; testing; bills of materials; product improvement; design reviews; and coordination with production, sales, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams. Supports existing products through reliability, cost, and design improvements.

Perform monthly financial close, reconciliations, reporting, variance analysis, tax reporting, audits, forecasting, budgeting, and account analysis. Partner with department managers on operational forecasts, support corporate tax workpapers and government reporting, load statements to BPC, review inventory and fixed assets, conduct Oracle testing, and provide analytical support to the Controller.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains production-ready software features and components with minimal supervision. Contributes to technical designs, code reviews, secure coding, documentation, CI/CD releases, and Agile delivery. Collaborates with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams; resolves defects, supports operational readiness, communicates risks, and shares knowledge. Provides occasional guidance to entry-level engineers while continuously improving technical skills and development practices.

The Accounting Intern supports the accounting team through payment discrepancy reconciliation, accounting report preparation, department activities, and special accounting and tax projects. The role provides general accounting support, collaborates with team members, and receives on-the-job training with access to the Controller.
