Serve as liaison between Finance and Technology to define, document, and validate requirements for financial close, statutory and GAAP reporting, intercompany/reinsurance workflows, reconciliations, controls, and audit support. Translate accounting needs into user stories, specs, test cases, and UAT; investigate data issues and partner with developers and QA to deliver auditable, compliant solutions.

Support commercial auto underwriting by evaluating driver quality, loss history, and business operations; identify risks and communicate issues to lead underwriters; relay pricing decisions and answer agent questions while learning insurance coverages and pricing.

Lead and develop client services teams to deliver timely, accurate service to agents and insureds. Oversee staffing, performance, workflows, and escalations. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and implement process and technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Maintain and support Azure cloud infrastructure (networking, compute, storage) using IaC, automate deployments via CI/CD, monitor platform health, enforce cloud security, and collaborate on architecture and integrations to enable digital transformation.

Maintain and administer Windows servers and middleware for the enterprise, install and manage OS and middleware software, troubleshoot issues (including after-hours when needed), analyze and resolve system inefficiencies, provide technical training and mentorship, and lead/execute related projects and project plans.

Perform financial planning and analysis support by completing analytical projects, compiling and consolidating data, preparing reports, assisting with internal controls and performance metrics, performing data cleansing and ad-hoc research, and presenting findings using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve property damage and bodily injury claims. Perform coverage analysis, loss assessment, reserving, and settlement within authority. Manage claim files, coordinate with adjusters, legal and SIU, and maintain required licensing and documentation.

Capture and document user-story level business requirements, collaborate on an Agile development team with Product Owners and QA, create and maintain requirements and product artifacts, analyze business processes, and assist decision-makers with solution implementation and test case definition.
