The Director, Head of Information Technology will shape technology strategy, oversee core banking system implementations, manage budgets, drive digital transformation, and ensure compliance and risk management.

Senior relationship manager responsible for a portfolio of global corporates in Italy: originate and execute lending, DCM, structured finance and transaction banking deals; deliver financial KPIs and P&L; manage credit, market and conduct risk; shape Italy coverage strategy; represent MUFG externally; coach junior staff and collaborate with product, risk and international teams.

Lead origination and execution of leveraged loan and high-yield bond transactions across EMEA. Provide corporate finance advice on capital structures, develop client relationships, collaborate with coverage and syndicate teams, drive revenue, manage risk and compliance, mentor junior staff, and support strategic growth of MUFG's Leveraged Capital Markets platform.

Lead the KYC Onboarding team for MUFG Securities US and Canada, ensuring timely, compliant customer due diligence, onboarding, reverifications, offboarding, and remediation. Manage capacity, prioritize requests with Front Office, act as KYC SME and escalation point, liaise with Compliance and stakeholders, produce MI and reporting, drive process improvements and implement workflow/tool enhancements.

Lead KYC process governance and advisory for AML compliance: monitor and escalate suspicious transactions, review documentation, update procedures, draft training and job aids, manage escalations with stakeholders, and support process improvements and centralized training.

Support back-office deposit, cheque processing, and clearing operations. Process customer transactions, perform cash balancing and reconciliations, assist account maintenance and electronic banking registration, ensure compliance with policies and AML rules, maintain customer records, and support operational reporting and administrative tasks.

Manage daily triparty collateral allocations and matching on BONY platforms, reconcile positions, produce morning collateral reports, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, liaise with clients/custodians, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Perform daily tax withholding analysis, general ledger management, and reconciliations (Backup, FATCA, NRA). Validate W-9/W-8 forms, maintain reporting obligations and deadlines, resolve withholding/reporting issues with account representatives, review exception reports, support ad-hoc projects, and assist technology enhancements and compliance controls within a regulated banking environment.

Serve as ASOs single front door for Operations demands across Asia, translating business needs into prioritized initiatives, managing demand pipeline, shaping improvement using AI/data/APIs, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency, compliance, and value realization.

Lead origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, EPPs, convertibles) from pitch through pricing, allocation, and aftermarket. Advise clients on structure, timing, valuation and capital plans; develop investor marketing and roadshows; manage regulatory, structuring, and execution risk; ensure SEC/FINRA and cross-border compliance; track market activity and refine origination strategies.
