Senior hands-on finance leader managing day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory, cost accounting, financial close). Drive DSO/DPO improvement, working capital, internal controls, and process automation/AI. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and execs to support margin improvement, forecasting, variance analysis, and scalable finance systems. Lead and develop finance operations team in a manufacturing environment.

Design and develop HMI applications for in-vehicle displays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-focused interfaces, integrate hardware/middleware, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to UI/UX and stakeholder communications throughout development.

Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts, prepare monthly journal entries, analyze financial data, support audits and cost accounting, document policies, and assist the accounting team with special projects.
