Prepare and file immigration cases, gather and review documents, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, compile case data and reports, meet SLAs, escalate issues to supervisors, and follow firm compliance and data privacy protocols.

Provide confidential administrative support to Partners, Practice Leaders and Directors: manage diaries, travel and emails, prepare meeting materials, lead project work, support events, onboard and guide other PAs, handle expenses via Emburse, and perform ad hoc office administration to ensure efficient office operations.

Lead client relationships and manage regional/global immigration programs: advise on compliance and strategy, oversee onboarding and case teams, use data and reporting to drive program improvements, run client reviews, escalate and resolve complex issues, support business development and implement technology-enabled solutions.
