Lead Fragomen's global compensation strategy and execution, designing base and variable pay, job architecture, incentive plans, benchmarking, governance, and global annual compensation cycles. Drive tools, analytics, training, and stakeholder engagement to enable consistent, policy-aligned compensation decisions across regions.
