Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (Dell, NetApp, Pure, VMware, AWS/Azure). Manage storage and virtualization environments, automate tasks with PowerShell/Python/Bash, provide Tier 3 support and mentorship, run migrations and DR testing, and collaborate with network/security teams to ensure performance and availability.

Set up and improve production lines and equipment (including AOI), ramp new products, implement process changes, run projects, collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers, create process documentation, analyze data to prevent quality excursions, and drive continuous improvements.

Manage New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects for SiC power products from concept through commercialization. Lead cross-functional teams to qualify devices to industrial and automotive standards, drive performance modeling, risk mitigation, testing, reliability, DFMEA/DVP&R, and handoff to operations. Coordinate schedules, material and fab starts, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders to ensure timely product release.

Lead a strategic global customer relationship by developing and executing account strategy, building executive-level relationships, securing new business, negotiating global commercial agreements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and traveling internationally to drive profitable growth and customer success.

Develop and own Wet Etch and Cleans processes, ensuring high capability in semiconductor manufacturing. Perform capability studies, document deviations, and drive process improvements.

Develop, qualify, and optimize thin film processes in a Silicon Carbide wafer fab. Define and run DoE experiments, analyze data statistically, identify failure modes using automotive methodologies, improve yield and quality, present technical updates, and collaborate with product engineering, R&D, vendors, and other sites.

The NPTI Engineer focuses on leading characterization and development of implant and diffusion processes for new semiconductor products, collaborating across teams to ensure manufacturability and performance.
