Drive revenue growth for Wolfspeed’s Silicon Carbide power devices across Central and Eastern Europe. Develop account plans, qualify opportunities, manage RFQs and customer projects, support customers from sampling through production, and build relationships with customers and distribution partners. The role requires technical semiconductor knowledge, negotiation expertise, frequent travel, fluent English, and the ability to work under U.S. export-control requirements.

Supports Corporate FP&A by managing IT and operating expense budgets, forecasts, month-end close, accruals, financial reporting, vendor invoice validation, and expense analysis. Partners with IT and business leaders to improve financial controls, operational performance, and department processes. Prepares executive presentations, consolidations, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Supports corporate FP&A through financial statement consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and strategic decision support. The role analyzes profitability, cash flow, working capital, and business performance while improving finance processes through automation using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning systems. It also supports audit requests, reporting standardization, finance transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops and maintains manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and production processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinates new product releases with design engineering, estimates manufacturing costs, establishes time standards, recommends tooling and process requirements, and maintains manufacturing operations records and reports.

Supports equipment installation, factory layout design, capacity expansion, and industrial engineering projects across manufacturing sites. Develops project plans, schedules, milestones, and layouts; coordinates cross-functional execution through production release; and reports progress to management. Leads initiatives involving workforce utilization, material flow, production costs, process flow, resource utilization, lean manufacturing, and capacity planning. Supports 24/7 manufacturing operations and production planning.

Manage regional technical sales across EMEA and India, exceeding revenue targets, developing account plans, qualifying SiC power-device opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the design-to-production cycle. Build relationships with customer stakeholders and distribution partners, manage RFQs and business-development activities, negotiate successfully, and coordinate internal and external teams. Frequent travel to customers and partners is required.

Designs, develops, and deploys test benches for validating Wolfspeed silicon carbide power modules. Responsibilities include electrical hardware design, multilayer PCB development, circuit simulation, analog and mixed-signal circuitry, instrumentation, debugging, system commissioning, documentation, and test automation. The role collaborates with reliability, product, applications, technicians, and engineering teams to improve test capabilities and support product qualification and reliability research.

Leads consensus-based demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning for assigned product lines. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Distribution, and Business Units to reconcile demand, manufacturing, inventory, and financial objectives. Analyzes forecast accuracy, attainment, backlog, buffer stock, and market performance; presents demand plans in S&OP meetings; communicates risks and opportunities; and drives continuous improvements using statistical forecasting, data visualization, and supply chain best practices.

Manages logistics, warehousing, and corporate travel categories, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationships, travel program administration, cost optimization, and compliance. Leads RFPs, supplier performance reviews, scorecards, procure-to-pay activities, and cross-functional logistics initiatives. Oversees the transition to a new Travel Management Company, maintains travel resources, and drives process improvements through analytics, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

Leads development and design of next-generation silicon carbide power devices, especially MOSFETs. Responsibilities include device concept development, design-of-experiments, experimental characterization, data analysis, manufacturability and reliability optimization, and collaboration across process, applications, modeling, validation, and product introduction teams. The role also involves technical presentations and publishing research.
