Provide program-level cost control and financial analysis including monthly EVMS, quarterly EACs, weekly reporting, staffing analysis, and CDRL deliveries. Interface with program leadership and cross-functional teams, improve processes, support FP&A, and produce external EV reporting for aerospace/defense programs.

Administer benefits-related payroll transactions across multiple business units, process ServiceNow cases, reconcile benefit payments, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, collaborate with HR/Total Rewards/vendors, support audits and payroll testing, and communicate resolutions to employees and stakeholders.
