Gather requirements, perform configuration, testing, production support, troubleshooting (including SMARTFORMS), and collaborate with MM, FI/CO, GTS, and global teams. Provide timely issue resolution and occasional alternate shifts to align with US time zones.

Lead US payroll system initiatives using ADP Global View (and optionally ADP EV5). Design and document solutions, support implementations, perform testing and reconciliations, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, provide post-implementation support, and drive automation and process improvements for accurate payroll operations.

Manage end-to-end employee offboarding and severance processes in a shared-services HR environment. Support RIFs and voluntary terminations, ensure compliance with policies and laws, analyze payouts, prepare severance packets, troubleshoot Workday and bot issues, activate outplacement services, and liaise with HR partners, vendors, and CoE to resolve employee inquiries and improve operational efficiency.

Lead enterprise AI solution assessments and architecture advisory across business units. Evaluate internal platforms and vendor AI tools for technical fit, security, integration, cost, and data governance. Drive alignment with enterprise AI strategy, governance, and Responsible AI frameworks; identify risks and recommend mitigations. Produce business cases and written recommendations and collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and procurement teams.
