Leads onsite digital technology services across Tucson campuses, serving as the DT liaison to site leadership and overseeing IT service delivery, infrastructure operations, vendors, compliance, projects, budgets, SLAs, and continuous improvement. Performs cost and schedule analysis, monitors actual costs, assesses risks and opportunities, and prepares financial reports using SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX tools. Partners with Control Account Managers and Engineering Product Team Leads to improve cost control, schedule performance, and predictable program results.

Leads global trade and export compliance integration across digital technology, business transformation, automated export systems, cloud and data platforms. Advises on ITAR, EAR, sanctions, classifications, authorizations, licensing, and tangible or intangible transfers. Owns compliance technology capabilities, master data, recordkeeping, logging, ABAC controls, and assigned portfolio initiatives. Leads cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, drives automation, and reports progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
